High traffic - still great adaptive results

Trondheim Municipality has been an early adopter of Comlight’s adaptive dimming LED technology, with seven installations including Eagle Eye 3.0 and the newer Eagle Eye Zhaga. At the busy Heggstadmoen waste facility, dimming up to 73% of the time in the evenings helps save energy, while other sites report 80-90% dimming. Comlight and Flashnet today announced a strategic cooperation on integrating radar-based motion detection technology into Flashnets inteliLIGHT product concept. Comlight provides advanced radar-based motion detection light controllers both in pole-mount and Zhaga versions, and the technology will be integrated with Flashnets light controllers at the luminaire level.

Comlight launch Zhaga Motion Detection Light Controller

Comlight today announced the launch of its Eagle Eye Zhaga motion detection light controller for outdoor and street luminaires.  The product controls outdoor- and street luminaires based on advanced radar motion detection. Using experience from the successful Comlight Eagle Eye pole-mount technology, the system is easily deployed on dimmable LED luminaires with a Zhaga connector. The sensor can act both as a standalone motion detection luminaire controller or as an occupancy sensor under a third-party controller. It is designed in accordance with the latest Dali-2, Zhaga-D4i and specifications.
